Solar Tracker Control System Self Checking Function
Working principle:
HWL tracker controller, using AC power supply, with super small volume, cast aluminum chassis, 25 years no rust, installed on the torque tube, easy installation. The core technology of our solar tracker control system is based on the local longitude, latitude, time, the program can automatically calculate the azimuth Angle and altitude Angle of the sun's trajectory and its location at any time.
During the tracking stage, the system will automatically issue instructions according to the tracking range to control the operation of the electric actuator, and adjust the tracking Angle every once in a while (so as to make the photovoltaic modules always align with the position of the current sun.Under bad weather conditions, the upper computer communication system tells the control system there is a strong wind weather, sends out instructions, tells the control system, the control system pushes the motor, and the bracket makes corresponding actions to avoid bad weather.When the sun altitude Angle is low, in order to avoid the shadow occlusion of the support, the system enters the anti-shadow tracking stage.The whole control process is fully automatic without manual intervention (the system runs in "AUTO" mode).
