Single axis solar tracker orient the solar panels towards the sun to absorb maximum solar energy throughout the day. Our tracking system is designed to literally follow sun’s position at every minute, hour, and day, manual adjustment is not necessary.
In traditional fixed type plants, the power output follows a bell curve during the day, it gradually increases until peaking at noon, then begin to decrease. However, in single axis solar tracker plant, we get the maximum power from early morning and this output is maintained until late afternoon. Hence, the performance will be increased of approximately 25% as compared to the fixed PV installation.
