Latest 2P Solar Tracker With Backtracking
Working principle:
A solar 2P tracker is a device installed with solar panels, directing the latter towards the sun. Trackers can not only maximize the capture of the sunlight but also increase the efficiency of the overall power generation process through minimizing the angle of incidence-or the angle that a ray of light makes with a line perpendicular to the surface-between the incoming light and the panel.Single axis solar tracker has one degree of freedom that acts as an axis of rotation. The axis of rotation of single axis trackers is typically aligned along a true North meridian. It is possible to align them in any cardinal direction with advanced tracking algorithm.

Functions:
1. Max terrain tolerance in N-S direction up to 15%.
2. Excellent compatibility with all the solar modules available on the market, framed, frameless and bi-facial.
3. Independent 2P module design, which reduces the quantity of posts and the installation cost significantly.
4. Free obstacles among trackers in N-S direction, easy to maintain and clean.
5. Design configured with one single set of controller, which ensures point-to-point real-time monitoring, easy to detect fault points in time and reduce output loss.
Advantages of Single-Axis Solar Tracker:
1. Single-axis trackers usually move from the east to the west and follow the Sun’s direction.
2. Single axis trackers are cheap, very simple in installation and run at low cost.
3. They are more reliable than dual-axis trackers.
4. Single axis has higher lifespan than dual-axis trackers.
5. Single axis tracker has a better efficiency related to a solar panel in fixed form. The effectiveness of single axis solar tracker over fixed solar tracking mount panel is 32.17%.
6. Wireless communication system with Zigbee®.
7. Remote monitoring and predictive maintenance.
8. Quick commissioning.
9. Wide range of motion: 120° (± 60°).
10. Minimum number of drives for every MWp installed.
